$57.15/hour Position OverviewResponsibilities Provide direct and indirect clinical social work services to patients, families, and legal guardians. Complete biopsychosocial assessments and contribute to multidisciplinary treatment plans. Provide case management, individual and family therapy, and clinical interventions. Assist with discharge planning, aftercare planning, and coordination of community services. Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, nursing staff, and other members of the treatment team. Coordinate care with outside community agencies and programs. Assist with insurance utilization review as needed. Perform risk and safety assessments. Develop, implement, and document appropriate treatment goals and interventions. Advocate for patients and families throughout the treatment process. Maintain accurate clinical documentation in the Electronic Health Record. Float to similar or lower-acuity units as needed. Requirements Active Massachusetts LCSW, LICSW, or LMHC license required. Clinical Master's Degree in Social Work or related field required. Minimum 3 years of experience . Prior inpatient behavioral health, acute care, or short-term treatment experience preferred. Strong knowledge of behavioral health treatment and family systems modalities. Experience with psychiatric patient populations and risk/safety assessment. Strong case management and care coordination skills. Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary treatment team. Strong computer and documentation skills. CANS Certification required within 30 days of hire. EPIC experience preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Must be willing to float to similar or lower-acuity units when needed.
