Job Description
Cornerstone - ACT Team Therapist Cornerstone empowers people living with mental health and co-occurring substance use disorders to live, work, and integrate successfully into the community. We envision that each person we serve will have a meaningful life of their choosing. As the largest outpatient behavioral health agency in Montgomery County, we offer years of evidence based treatment experience to our consumers and practical training to our staff. Our robust training program allows therapists to develop and grow in the position and provides the basis for upward mobility within the agency. Responsibilities of the Therapist Provide services and supports, such as individual and group therapy, that lessen or eliminate the debilitating symptoms of mental illness and minimize or prevent acute episodes of the illness Provide general case management services during meetings as required.
