This role is best suited for clinicians comfortable working with cognitive impairments, behavioral dysregulation, reduced insight, and executive functioning challenges within a structured, team-based rehabilitation setting. Position Overview Provide psychotherapy and behavioral interventions to adults recovering from traumatic brain injury. Work closely with an interdisciplinary team (OT, SLP, and rehabilitation staff) to support functional, emotional, and behavioral outcomes. Minimum Requirements Master's degree in a mental health field Active Michigan license (LP, LLP, LPC, LMSW, or equivalent) Minimum of 2 years of experience providing therapy to adult clients Demonstrated experience with behavioral interventions (not just supportive therapy) Strongly Preferred (priority will be given to candidates with the following) Experience with TBI, concussion, stroke, or neurological populations Background in rehabilitation, hospital, or interdisciplinary settings Comfort working with behavioral dysregulation, impulsivity, and cognitive limitations Experience with structured or skills-based approaches (CBT, MI, behavioral plans, etc.) Schedule Flexible schedule | 20-40 hours per week available Compensation $40-$45 per hour depending on licensure and experience (Higher rates available for candidates with neurorehabilitation experience) Location Southfield, MI (In-person) Please note: This role requires comfort working with moderate to severe cognitive and behavioral impairments.
