Scope of Position:

This role will provide meaningful psychotherapy to adults across individual, couples, group, and family modalities , meeting clients as whole people, not diagnoses.

Your primary work is clinical:

helping clients move through mental health symptoms with skilled, evidence-informed therapy. You'll be part of a thoughtful, multidisciplinary team, joining weekly consultation meetings and other clinical and administrative gatherings that keep our care connected and our clinicians supported. And you'll help bring Hamm's Model of Care to life across the system , shaping how we deliver on our mission every day. Primary Responsibilities specific to the position: 1. Provide psychotherapy services to adults across individual, couples, group, and/or family modalities, serving a broad and diverse range of client populations within community mental health. 2. Maintain accurate, timely client records consistent with Hamm Clinic policy and the standards of governing regulatory bodies. 3. Carry out clinical duties and caseload responsibilities as assigned. 4. Contribute to the life of the agency through participation in committees. 5. Join weekly multidisciplinary team consultation, along with other clinical and administrative meetings as needed, to keep care connected and clinicians supported. 6. Advance culturally responsive, equitable care across the organization. 7. Provide trauma-informed care in a community mental health setting. 8. Engage in reflective clinical supervision that strengthens quality of care and guards against secondary and vicarious trauma. 9. Coordinate care effectively across disciplines to deliver high-quality, integrated services. 10. Where clinically appropriate, offer targeted resource referrals to help clients navigate systemic barriers , keeping the therapeutic relationship at the center. 11. Uphold the highest legal, ethical, and professional standards as mandated by your profession and by local, state, and federal law. 12. Depending on program needs and clinician interest, this role may include a limited off-site component , typically up to 15-20% of the role, delivering services in partnership with community organizations and bringing care directly into the settings where clients live and receive support. 13. Take on additional responsibilities that arise based on need, interest, expertise, and availability.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

Strong psychotherapy skills to work with a range of presenting concerns. Integration of trauma-informed, culturally responsive practice into clinical work. Intersectional lens, cultural humility, and awareness of own areas of privilege. Knowledge of issues and resources for a community mental health population. Strong interpersonal skills including strong oral, written, and listening communication abilities. Ability to work within an evolving mental health environment prioritizing a collaborative/team approach Knowledge of healthcare regulations and documentation requirements for third party payor billing Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and OneDrive.

Education/Licensure:

Must have master's degree in a field or discipline qualified to provide psychotherapy (MSW, MS, MA, PhD, PsyD.). Must be actively pursuing independent licensure with licensing boar as a mental health professional in chosen discipline and qualified to practice psychotherapy under supervision as clinical trainee in Minnesota. If practicing as a social worker must be licensed as a Licensed Graduate Social Worker in Minnesota.

Required Qualifications/Experience:

Must have experience providing individual psychotherapy services.
