A facility about an hour from Joplin, Missouri , is seeking a Behavioral Health Professional to join their behavioral health team! $15,000 Signing Bonus!
Behavioral Health Professional Opportunity:
Full-time, permanent position
Schedule:
Day shift; Monday-Friday $15,000 Signing Bonus available! Behavioral Health Professional provide social worker services by delivering behavioral health interventions as part of an interdisciplinary care team to improve patients' physical health and psychosocial outcomes Support individuals in managing chronic conditions through coaching sessions, medication and treatment plan adherence support, self-management education, goal setting, and facilitation of group classes
Behavioral Health Professional Qualifications:
Behavioral Health Professional must have or be willing to obtain LPC, LCSW or LMFT in the state of Missouri Previous case management experience required Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively within a multidisciplinary team BLS required upon hire About the
