Job Description

Education:
Bachelor's degree required in social work or counseling.Other:
Co-worker must be able to communicate orally and in writing. Co-worker must have basic phone skills, be able to listen and to understand and explain complex situations. Co-worker must be able to understand behavioral health issues, facility programs, insurance information and community resources as well as being able to communicate that knowledge to callers.
