Northwest Community Health Center (NWCHC) is seeking a professional, well-organized, team-oriented individual to fill its open Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Position. As a member of NWCHC's multidisciplinary team, the LCSW has an opportunity to partner with other clinicians to encourage and help patients receive the behavioral support necessary to impact their overall health. The LCSW will be responsible for providing brief intervention and consultation in real time to patients in a primary care setting; providing crisis intervention as needed; as well as, demonstrating knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life span. Applicant must have a Masters in Social Work and current Montana Licensure. Applicants in the process of obtaining licensing will be considered.
