Behavioral Health Urgent Care/FT Nights Type:

Provides support to individuals with Mental Health (MH) or Substance Abuse diagnoses in an office-based setting. Complete crisis assessment, discharge planning and care coordination with stakeholders. Complete risk assessments such as the Columbia Suicide Severity Scale and the Violence Risk Assessments. Utilize de-escalation techniques and Brief Solution-Focused interventions. Other duties as assigned. This position relies on knowledge, experience, and judgment in the context of an interdisciplinary team. Education and experience required for the position include: Must meet the requirements of a Behavioral Health Qualified Professional Physical requirements to perform essential functions of the job included: Regularly required to lift 10 lbs. Must be able to lift a minimum of 15 lbs. Must be able to pull minimum of 10 lbs. Must be able to squat, kneel, crawl, crouch, climb, and stoop. Must be able to regularly use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls. Required to regularly stand and walk. Must be able to demonstrate proficiency in CPR from the floor level requiring to work on hands, knees, bending, standing and lifting. Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, and peripheral vision. Must be able to talk and hear- $3,000 sign on bonus!

- Shift Differential Pay- 10% weeknights, 15% weekend nights Overnight position Calling all compassionate and caring licensed professionals who are looking to partner with a crisis-based service provider offering mental health and substance abuse services.
