We are seeking a compassionate and caring Outpatient Therapist to provide person-centered therapy to amazing clients living with mental health and/or substance use challenges in our outpatient clinic in Greenville, NC. Your Role in Our Mission As an Outpatient Therapist with ESPH, you'll play a vital role in helping individuals build brighter, healthier futures. You'll conduct screenings, evaluations, and diagnostic assessments to develop meaningful treatment goals and person-centered plans (PCPs) that reflect each client's unique voice, needs, and aspirations. You'll also have the opportunity to design and lead therapy groups , fostering connection and growth. Why Join Us? What We're Looking For Skills:
Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic practices and group facilitation, crisis intervention, problem-solving, and decision-making.
Licensure:
Full or Provisional LCSW, LCMHC, or LCAS | Dual licensure preferred Experience in Substance Use services preferred Proficiency with EHR systems or technically savvy.
