•1,000 Sign-On Bonus•Daybreak Treatment Center provides community-based outpatient behavioral health treatment and rehabilitation for adults with mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders. We promote whole-person wellness and recovery through counseling, education, and psychiatric services in a safe, respectful, and supportive environment. This full-time entry level Case Manager position involves: group facilitation, case management, participation in recovery planning, and some transportation. Monday-Friday 8:30a-4:30p. To be considered for this position, you must have at least one of the following qualifications: Bachelor's degree in the Human Services field, or Associate's degree AND two (2) years' experience in providing Human Services, or Five (5) years' of Human Service experience, or Possess a relevant professional credential such as Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Procedure (CPRP), Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC), Bachelor's degree in rehabilitation or Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Applicants with one (1) year of experience of pre-vocational / supported employment / job coach experience in addition to the qualifications stated above are preferred.
