Position Type:
Full-Time Program Hours:
Monday through Friday, two evenings required

About Us:
Social Recovery Center, LLC provides outpatient treatment for mental health and substance use conditions. We offer evidence-based, person-centered care through PHP, IOP, and OP programs.
Position Summary:
The LAC/LSW Counselor provides individual and group counseling, manages a caseload, and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Provide individual and group counseling for mental health and substance use treatment Maintain accurate documentation in EMR Coordinate care with referral sources and community partners Participate in clinical team meetings and ongoing professional development
Qualifications:
Master's in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field Active
LAC/LSW/LPC/LCSW
credential in NJ Minimum 2+ years of behavioral health or substance use treatment experience Knowledge of evidence-based practices and co-occurring disorders Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills Trauma Trained a plus How to
