Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Behavioral Health Clinician to join our dynamic mental health team. Responsibilities Conduct thorough mental health assessments and diagnostic evaluations using clinical documentation standards and ICD coding systems (ICD-9, ICD-10) Deliver evidence-based therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and applied behavior analysis (ABA) tailored to individual needs Develop and implement personalized treatment plans aligned with best practices in behavioral health and patient care goals Provide individual, group, child & youth therapy, family counseling, and crisis management to clients experiencing mental health challenges or co-occurring disorders Utilize telehealth platforms for remote therapy sessions while maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations and clinical ethical guidelines Document all patient interactions accurately in electronic health records (EHR/EMR) systems following medical documentation standards Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including social workers, case managers, medical professionals, and educators to coordinate comprehensive care strategies Engage in ongoing clinical research and data collection to evaluate treatment effectiveness and improve service delivery Skills Proficiency in psychotherapy modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, trauma-focused therapy, grief counseling, addiction counseling, and art or dance therapy Strong experience working with children, adolescents, individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), developmental disabilities, or co-occurring disorders Skilled in crisis intervention techniques and crisis management protocols for urgent mental health situations Knowledge of ICD coding systems (ICD-9/ICD-10) for accurate diagnosis documentation Experience delivering telehealth therapy services with familiarity of telehealth technology platforms Ability to perform comprehensive mental health assessments and treatment planning within clinical documentation standards Excellent client communication skills with sensitivity to gender issues counseling and special education needs Familiarity with medical terminology related to behavioral health care and experience working in inpatient or outpatient settings including hospital experience is preferred Join us as a Behavioral Health Clinician where your expertise will foster healing, resilience, and hope.
