Eastway is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Behavioral Health Peer Supporter Case Manager to join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals experiencing significant mental health challenges. What You'll Do As a Peer Supporter Case Manager, you will: Provide compassionate, person-centered peer support to behavioral health clients. Encourage and assist clients as they work toward living more independently and successfully in the community. Help clients with everyday needs and activities, such as grocery shopping, accessing food pantries, running errands, and connecting with community resources. Maintain regular contact with clients and provide transportation to appointments and other necessary activities. Build positive, supportive relationships that encourage trust, recovery, independence, and self-sufficiency. Work independently while providing reliable and consistent services to clients. Help identify barriers that may interfere with treatment and recovery, including transportation challenges, medication concerns, or difficulty understanding treatment recommendations. Help clients identify solutions and connect with resources that can support their overall well-being and stability. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is compassionate, dependable, patient, and genuinely interested in helping others achieve their goals.

Qualifications include:

State of Ohio Peer Support Certification is required. Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Mental Health, Psychology, or a related field OR at least three (3) years of experience working in the mental health field. Valid driver's license and proof of current auto insurance are required, as this position involves transporting clients. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently while remaining responsive to client needs. A positive, supportive approach and a commitment to helping individuals achieve greater independence and stability.
