The Charak Center for Health and Wellness is a well-established, state certified and Joint Commission accredited behavioral health agency with locations in Elyria, Garfield Heights, Medina, Mentor, and Stow. We provide services to individuals with mental health and substance use issues. Due to continued growth, we are currently hiring licensed clinicians to provide high quality behavioral health services to children, adolescents, and adults. These are office-based positions. Our aim is t o provide comprehensive, high-quality mental health and substance abuse services in a compassionate and respectful manner to individuals of all ages, genders, cultures, socioeconomic backgrounds, religions, ethnicities, and sexual orientations. We are committed to promoting greater understanding and improved treatment through education, research, and the integration of global and historical healing practices. Our multidisciplinary team of skilled, compassionate professionals is dedicated to guiding clients along their individual paths to recovery. We employ a multifaceted approach that includes cutting-edge pharmacotherapy (psychotropic medications), evidence-based individual and group therapy, Therapeutic Behavioral Services (TBS), and Community Psychiatric Support Services (CPST). In addition to medication-based treatments, we also offer proven non-pharmacological therapies such as Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), Vagal Nerve Stimulation (VNS), and validated aspects of Complementary and Alternative Medicine (CAM). We are hiring for our Elyria, Garfield Heights, Medina, Mentor and Stow locations and welcome applications for all of our offices.
