Based on experience and qualifications Solid Recovery is seeking a compassionate, organized, and motivated Behavioral Health Case Manager I (BHCM I) to join our growing treatment team. We provide substance use disorder and behavioral health treatment to individuals working toward long-term recovery. We believe successful recovery requires more than clinical treatment. It requires stability, accountability, community support, and access to the resources necessary to build a meaningful life. Our case managers play an essential role in helping clients overcome barriers to recovery, access community resources, and develop the skills necessary to achieve independence and long-term stability. We are looking for someone who understands that sometimes the biggest obstacle to recovery is not a lack of motivation, but a lack of resources, support, and direction. Responsibilities Provide individualized behavioral health case management services to clients receiving substance use disorder treatment. Assist clients with identifying needs, establishing goals, and overcoming barriers to recovery. Coordinate access to housing, transportation, employment, education, medical care, and community resources. Assist clients with accessing public assistance programs and other available support services. Collaborate with clinical staff, peer recovery support specialists, and other members of the treatment team. Monitor client progress and complete accurate, timely documentation. Assist clients with developing independent living skills and establishing healthy support systems. Coordinate referrals to outside agencies and community providers. Support discharge planning and continuity of care. Maintain professional boundaries, confidentiality, and compliance with organizational policies. Participate in treatment team meetings and ongoing professional development. Qualifications Current Oklahoma Behavioral Health Case Manager I (BHCM I) certification preferred. Candidates eligible to obtain BHCM I certification through ODMHSAS are encouraged to apply. High school diploma or GED required. At least six months of documented experience working directly with individuals experiencing mental health or substance use disorders. Experience in addiction treatment, sober living, or community behavioral health preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills. Ability to maintain professional boundaries while developing supportive relationships with clients. Familiarity with community resources and recovery support services preferred. Ability to work independently and collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team. Pay:

$50,254.31 - $60,521.32 per year
