This position will be instrumental in assisting individuals who are experiencing a crisis and in need of support as they regain control of their lives and recovery processes. The Behavioral Health Case Manager will work closely with consumers and the multidisciplinary team to provide essential case management services, ensuring individuals receive the necessary support during their crisis and recovery journey. Key Responsibilities:
Crisis Intervention :
Work with individuals in crisis to provide immediate support, helping them regain stability and begin the recovery process.
Case Management :

Collaboration :
Collaborate with other team members and community resources to ensure clients have access to comprehensive care and services.
Support and Guidance :

What We're Looking For:
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with individuals in crisis.
