  • Full-time Overview We are seeking a dedicated Behavioral Health Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating youth and family-focused outpatient services within our organization for Cleveland County. This position requires at least 6 months experience working with at risk populations. This position will involve providing case management services to at risk youth and families.
  • Must have certification from the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse. Duties
  • Provide specialized services through evidence based programming to improve family functioning by increasing family problem-solving skills, enhancing emotional connections, and strengthening support and social networks.
  • Plan and administer treatment identified in the Juvenile Court system, and other youth serving agencies.
  • Document all services in accordance with CommunityWorks policy and procedures and submit in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with other professionals, family, and agency's clinical staff to ensure consistency and timely completion of goals identified in the ISP.
  • Maintain regular contact with other agencies/professionals and families regarding client progress via phone calls, letters, emails and/or monthly reporting.
  • Attend agency required meetings; i.e.., staff meetings, treatment team meetings, and IEP meetings.
  • Collaborate with assigned therapist to provide prescribed treatment for each youth; provide re-direction to youth. Requirements
  • Bachelors Degree / BHCM II Certificate
  • Experience in behavioral health management
  • Proficiency in case management and care coordination
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
