Cornerstone Road is a new outpatient behavioral health clinic opening in South King County in January 2027, treating mental health, substance use, and co-occurring conditions under one roof — one chart, one treatment team, one integrated plan.

We are a voluntary-treatment-only clinic:

no court-ordered clients, no DUI assessments, no probation paperwork, no court letters, no testimony. Ever. Our clients walk in because they want care, and our clinicians spend their time on clinical work, not courtrooms. We are also building the region's most capable clinic for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities — a population almost every SUD program turns away and we are purpose-built to serve. This is a ground-floor role. You will be our first therapist, employee number three, working directly alongside our psychiatric ARNP and the founder. The documentation templates, policies, and schedules are already built — you inherit systems designed by clinicians' logic, not billing chaos. What you'll do Complete SUD assessments with ASAM level-of-care placement, and mental health intakes Carry a blended caseload of 40-55 clients: individual therapy, SUD counseling, and co-occurring treatment (26-28 clinical hours/week — protected documentation time built into every day) Run 2-3 weekly groups (relapse prevention, early recovery skills, co-occurring), growing into IOP leadership as the program launches Collaborate weekly with the psychiatric ARNP on shared MAT and co-occurring clients — real integration, not referrals across a hallway Use measurement-based care (PHQ-9, GAD-7, AUDIT, craving scales) built into the EHR and portal Help shape the clinical culture of a clinic being built the right way from day one What you bring — Required Active Washington LICSW or LMHC license, in good standing, AND an active Washington SUDP credential (or a co-occurring disorder specialist enhancement) Hold only one of the two credentials? $71,767.33 - $89,429.48 per year
