Vigilant Healthcare Solutions is seeking a skilled, Spanish-speaking Behavioral Health Clinician for a full-time, long-term contract opportunity in Frederick, MD. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Behavioral Health Clinicians, Licensed Counselors, Clinical Social Workers, Marriage and Family Therapists, and Creative Arts Therapists looking to work in a dynamic, hybrid clinical environment serving a diverse, bilingual population across mental health and addiction treatment. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and determine appropriate treatment interventions for clients ranging in age from young children to the elderly Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions, including crisis counseling for children and families as needed Develop and implement safety plans, behavioral plans, and individualized treatment plans Provide clinical interventions and psychoeducation to teachers, parents, and other caregivers to generalize skills across environments Complete timely clinical documentation including progress notes, performance outcomes, progress reports, and termination reports in compliance with all federal, state, and COMAR regulations Conduct utilization reviews, coordinate referrals for specialized services (psychiatric evaluation, in-home services, psychological testing), and maintain accurate client records in accordance with audit requirements Requirements Fully licensed or licensed graduate in the state of
Maryland:
LCPC, LGPC, LMSW, LCSW, LCSW-C, LMFT, ATR, ATR-BC, or MT-BC Fluency in Spanish and English required Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, Art Therapy, Music Therapy, or a related field Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience working with individuals with trauma, addiction, and co-occurring diagnoses Ability to reliably commute to the Frederick, MD clinic for assigned in-office days (hybrid schedule) Familiarity with multicultural populations and trauma-informed care frameworks Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills with proficiency in clinical documentation systems Schedule Full-Time | Hybrid Clinic-based days as scheduled; remote days for telehealth and documentation Flexible scheduling based on client and organizational needs Job Highlights Hybrid work model, balance clinic days with work-from-home flexibility Serve a diverse, multi-generational, bilingual client population across mental health and addiction Collaborative, trauma-informed interdisciplinary team environment Long-term contract stability with a supportive clinical organization Why Join Vigilant Healthcare Solutions?
