We're seeking a compassionate and motivated Behavioral Health Clinician to join our growing team. This position offers a unique opportunity to provide counseling services in both our office and local schools, giving you valuable experience in multiple clinical settings. School-based services are provided to middle and high school students two days per week, offering a rewarding opportunity to support youth where they are. Services are delivered in both office and school-based settings in accordance with agency standards and evidence-based practices to promote recovery, resilience, and overall well-being. Essential Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Provide individual, family, and group counseling services. Provide school-based counseling services to middle and high school students two days per week. Complete all required clinical documentation accurately and within required timeframes. Collaborate with schools, community partners, and other providers to coordinate client care. Maintain clinical licensure or trainee status and complete continuing education requirements. Participate in agency-required trainings, including crisis intervention, CPR, First Aid, and other required certifications. Required Qualifications Currently pursuing or have completed a Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related behavioral health field. CT licensure or trainee status required. Knowledge of evidence-based practices for treating mental health and substance use disorders. Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Valid Ohio driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of automobile insurance. Preferred Qualifications Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related behavioral health field.
