  • Immediate Interview Opportunity We are currently seeking a Behavioral Health Targeted Case Manager to join our team in Orlando, FL.
This is an immediate hiring opportunity, and interviews will be scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please Note:
This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Employee benefits are not provided. Bilingual Spanish proficiency is required for this position.
Position Details:
$20.00/hour 1099 Independent Contractor No employee benefits Community-based position with flexible work arrangements based on client and agency needs Administrative support provided
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client and family needs. Develop and maintain individualized service plans. Coordinate behavioral health, medical, educational, and community-based services. Connect children and families with appropriate community resources. Advocate for clients with schools, healthcare providers, behavioral health agencies, and community organizations. Monitor client progress and coordinate ongoing services. Complete timely and accurate documentation in the electronic health record. Participate in treatment planning and interdisciplinary team meetings.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required. Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, Sociology, or a related field required. Candidates with degrees outside the human services field may qualify with additional qualifying experience. Minimum one (1) year of experience working with children diagnosed with Serious Emotional Disturbance (SED), or three (3) years of qualifying experience if the degree is outside the human services field. Valid Florida Driver License required. Reliable, insured personal vehicle required. Ability to complete AHCA-approved Targeted Case Management Certification within three (3) months of hire.
