Cambium Vitae Mental Health LLC is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Community Support Services (CCSS) Worker to join our team. The CCSS Worker will provide community-based support services to individuals with behavioral health needs, helping them develop skills, increase independence, and improve their overall functioning in the community. The ideal candidate will be dependable, culturally responsive, and able to build positive, professional relationships with clients. The position involves providing individualized support across the five functional domains of CCSS services, documenting services accurately, collaborating with the treatment team, and working under appropriate clinical supervision.
