Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in providing therapeutic services, including psychotherapy counseling, to individuals and families. You will play a crucial role in assessing client needs, developing treatment plans, and delivering effective interventions to promote mental health and well-being. Duties Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide therapy and psychotherapy services to clients, utilizing evidence-based practices. Implement crisis intervention strategies as needed to ensure client safety. Manage cases effectively by coordinating services and resources for clients, including referrals to community resources. Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with ICD-10 standards. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care and support for clients. Engage with children and families, utilizing specialized techniques tailored to younger populations. Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution. Valid state license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW, LICSW). Experience in crisis intervention and case management is highly desirable. Familiarity with systems theory and its application in clinical practice. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients. Previous experience working with children is a plus.
