Must be able to provide individual and family therapy to each client at least 1-2x weekly in the home, school, community, or via telehealth occasionally Must be strong in completing safety plans and discharge summaries Must have knowledge about BIRP note documentation and clinical documentation Must have knowledge of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques and family therapy techniques Must be organized, can complete tasks in a timely manner, and take direction well Must have reliable transportation, internet, computer, telephone Must be able to conduct a weekly, 1 hour, IFI team staffing/meeting and team supervision (zoom or conference call) Must be self-motivated, be able to lead a small team, and provide supervision to counselors and paraprofessionals Compensation is $55 per billable hour along with 1 hour pay for completion of weekly meeting.
