Job Description
About the Role We're looking for compassionate, experienced behavioral health clinicians to join our dual-diagnosis Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) team. In this role you'll facilitate IOP groups, conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide individual therapy to clients working through co-occurring mental health and substance use challenges. Supervision and supervisor hours toward full licensure can be provided. What You'll Do Facilitate IOP group therapy sessions focused on substance use and co-occurring mental health recovery. Complete client assessments and diagnostic evaluations in coordination with our clinical supervisor. Develop and update individualized treatment plans. Provide individual therapy sessions as part of each client's IOP care. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to support each client's recovery goals. Who We're Looking For We welcome applicants at various credential levels, including CADC, LSAA, LADAC, LMSW, LMHC, LPC, LAMFT, or master's-level psychology associates. What matters most to us is experience running IOP groups, writing assessments and treatment plans, and, above all, a genuine, caring approach to client care. New graduates working toward full licensure are encouraged to apply; we provide supervision toward independent licensure.
