Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, resources, and challenges. Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy. Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and educational professionals to develop comprehensive and coordinated treatment strategies. Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) .
