Duties Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify behavioral challenges and needs of clients. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis principles. Utilize crisis intervention techniques to manage acute behavioral incidents effectively. Provide individual and group counseling sessions, employing cognitive behavioral therapy strategies. Collaborate with families and caregivers to support home community care initiatives. Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.
