Billing — in-house, claims filed and worked to payment. You never chase a denial or call a payer. Furnished office — desk, seating, décor, Wi-Fi, utilities, cleaning, maintenance. Nothing for you to buy or fix. Marketing and referrals — directory profiles, website presence, and inbound referral flow so your caseload fills. Snacks, coffee, and supplies — stocked. Small thing. You'll notice it. A full-time CPA on staff who works with our contractors on their own bookkeeping and quarterly tax planning, at no cost to you. Most 1099 clinicians pay for this out of pocket or go without it. Your overhead as an independent contractor is effectively zero. No lease, no EMR bill, no billing service fee, no credentialing consultant. Compensation 60% of collected revenue , negotiable based on credentials, specialty, and the caseload you expect to build. The contract in plain terms This is a 1099 independent contractor role, not employment, and we're straightforward about what that means in both directions: You control your schedule. Days, hours, in-person vs. telehealth, vacation — your call. We don't assign shifts or set your hours. You control your clinical work. Your methods, your treatment decisions, your clients. The contract carries a minimum of 10 billable hours per week. That's the only volume term. How and when you meet it is up to you. No benefits, no withholding. You're responsible for your own taxes and insurance — which is exactly why the CPA support matters. You hold your own malpractice coverage. We'd rather say this clearly up front than have it come as a surprise in month two.
