WHO WE ARE
Community Therapeutic Services (CTS) is a behavioral health rehabilitation agency that provides therapeutic in-home and community services to individuals with mental health disorders. Job Summary Community Therapeutic Services (CTS) is seeking Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC). Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselors (PLPC), Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW), Provisionally Licensed Social Workers (LMSW) and Certified Social Workers (CSW) to join our behavioral health team. We are seeking (five Clinicians) Preferably 2 Bilingual (English/Spanish) and three (3) English Speaking Clinicians.
POSITION SUMMARY
Community Therapeutic Services (CTS) You will provide leadership for the agency and is licensed to practice in the state of Louisiana by the applicable professional board of examiners. Conducts timely and appropriate assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning and treatment intervention of clients. Identifies and implement appropriate community resources for the clients. Assess the clients for mental, behavioral and psychosocial functional impairments. Serves as a behavioral health linkage between PCPs and clients to improve coordination of services and information flow.

Our Social Workers and Counselors are providing Tele-Health Care.
REPORTS TO
Clinical Director Qualifications:
Has a Master's Degree in Counseling from an accredited School of Counseling Has a Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited School of Social Work Is a Licensed Professional Counselor or a Provisional License Provisional License Counselor (LPC or a PLPC) under the provisions of R.S. 37:1101-1115 or Is a Licensed Certified Social Worker or a License Master Social Worker (LCSW or a LMSW) under the provisions of R.S. 37:2701-2723; Has two (2) years post-master experience in Behavioral Health. •Flexible scheduling •Supervision opportunities for provisionally licensed clinicians
