Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Master's Level Mental Health Therapist to join our team. This role involves providing comprehensive mental health services, including individual and group therapy, clinical assessments, and case management, to diverse patient populations. Position Overview:
We're looking for a Masters-level Therapist (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, or associate) to provide therapy services 2 days per week, with the option for more. We are looking for someone to work on Tuesdays however the other day can be up to the contractor. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and a collaborative team environment.

Provide individual and group therapy sessions utilizing techniques such as psychodynamic therapy and behavioral health strategies. Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and case management records in compliance with HIPAA standards. Facilitate intake procedures for new patients, ensuring a smooth onboarding process. Monitor patient progress through ongoing evaluation and adjust treatment strategies accordingly. Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and coping mechanisms. Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with best practices in behavioral therapy, aging issues counseling, geriatrics, and other relevant fields. Experience Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution. Licensure or certification as required by state regulations for mental health practitioners. Proven experience in behavioral therapy, applied behavior analysis, clinical counseling, or case management within mental health settings. Experience working with diverse populations including aging individuals or those requiring geriatrics-focused care is preferred. Familiarity with HIPAA compliance, medical documentation standards, medical terminology, and electronic medical records systems. Home & community care experience is highly desirable. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients from varied backgrounds. Knowledge of diagnostic evaluation processes and treatment modalities such as psychodynamic therapy and social work practices is essential.
