Still Waters Counseling Center in Ramsey, NJ is growing and looking to add a skilled Christian clinician (LAC, MHCLP) licensed in New Jersey and New York to our team! The ideal candidate will provide psychotherapy from a Christian perspective to individuals and couples either in person or through telehealth. We work with individuals (mostly women) ages 18 and up. While our practice is love all serve all and we treat individuals from all walks of life (we don't only treat Christians,) the majority of our clientele is currently seeking Christian based therapy. Sessions occur in person or virtually through our video platform. A computer with fast home internet is a requirement of this role. Clinical therapy services include treatment of adults and possibly couples. We are specifically looking for therapists who can meet our growing need for Christian-based therapy (also known as Christian counseling.) This is a FFS (fee for service) W2 position and candidate must be willing to work a minimum of 15 hours a week with the potential to work full-time hours. Scheduling is flexible with evening OR weekend availability needed (daytime availability will be considered only if weekend and/or evening availability is also included.) For partially licensed clinicians (LACs and MHCLPs), the position is a dual role, where the candidates will be able to grow a caseload while also handling operations/administrative work including fielding new client phone calls, billing, and other business related tasks. Requirements:

• Master's degree in Counseling or a related field
• Have a New Jersey or New York State License (LAC, MHCLP)
• Experience as or interest in adding a Christian component to treatment
• Strong data collection and computer skills
• Own a computer with high speed internet
• Provide a private, confidential, and uninterrupted clinical environment (childcare is needed for this role.)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Experience in individual and group counseling settings Fee Rubric is as follows for

LACs and MHCLPs:

Caseload of 15: $40/hr Caseload of 16-19: $43/hr Caseload of 20-30: $46/hr Caseload of 31+: $50/hr

Additional Operations/Administration Role:

$17/hr
