To become a Therapist with PCWC, there is a 60 hour training period in order to learn about the administrative and billing end of this practice this allows you to be successful in maintaining balance and understanding of how monies are distributed. Per diem providers are expected to complete each visit conducted by communicating with the other departments to ensure client profile completion and complete progress notes within 72 hours of visit.

Job description is as follows:

1. Reschedule within shared platform correctly prior to the end of each session, or if/when needed, provide a schedule for reception to complete and assist. 2. When appointments are complete; Add progress note, if need be adjust timing and billing code on platform and within notes so that they are consistent, also within note or shortened notes answer the three questions most pertinent so that they may be billed correctly: Name, platform used, timing of visit. If paper note, providers must include the phrase "See paper note". If telemedicine, code must be completed (past answering three questions for billing) prior to the end of said quarter for Audit purposes. 3. Check over and submit every pay period which is every two weeks! That means you have only ten business days to edit your appointments. 4. To avoid double and triple confirmation of hours these steps must be completed in the allotted time-frame.
