Independent Contractor Schedule :
Flexible scheduling with telehealth opportunities Key Responsibilities Provide individual, family, and group counseling services Conduct psychosocial and behavioral health assessments Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Deliver evidence-based and trauma-informed therapeutic interventions Support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, mood disorders, behavioral concerns, family conflict, adjustment disorders, and co-occurring substance use concerns Provide crisis intervention support when needed Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community partners Maintain timely, accurate, and Medicaid-compliant documentation Participate in community outreach initiatives to improve access to behavioral health services Population Served Children Adolescents Adults Families Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field Active unrestricted South Carolina license or license eligibility Accepted licenses include:

Licensed Psychologist Active NPI and CAQH profile required Medicaid/MCO credentialing eligibility required Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills Experience with trauma-informed care and crisis management preferred Experience with underserved or rural populations is a plus Telehealth and community mental health experience preferred Compensation & Support Competitive fee-for-service compensation structure Compensation based on licensure level, experience, payer credentialing status, and service mix Productivity incentives available for high-performing clinicians Flexible scheduling designed to support contractor autonomy Administrative and credentialing support provided Clinical collaboration and supervision opportunities available where applicable Opportunity for caseload growth across multiple service lines Work Environment & Schedule Hybrid work environment with telehealth flexibility Flexible scheduling available Evening availability preferred Weekend availability is a plus but not required No formal on-call responsibilities Typical caseload ranges from 20-35 active clients depending on availability and preference Additional Information This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position.
