Role:

As an LCSW, you will provide high-quality mental health services, including talk therapy and counseling, to our clientele. You will play a crucial role in enhancing their well-being and quality of life through individualized care plans and supportive interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments to identify residents' mental health needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide ongoing individual therapy sessions Collaborate with facility staff, families, and other healthcare providers Offer supportive guidance and clinical insight as needs arise

Qualifications:

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in NJ.
