ARE ELIGIBLE FOR A FULLY REMOTE POSITION.

Duties:

• Conduct individual, couples or family therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches.
• Provide care coordination and support to clients, collaborating with parents, schools, case workers, psychiatrists and any other medical professionals as needed.
• Establish and maintain appropriate and timely clinical case records, including, but not limited to, treatment plans, progress notes and treatment plan reviews.
• Contact, evaluate and consult with referrals and then will establish client appointments and manage scheduling for client sessions.

Skills:

• Possess a valid license as a Licensed Master Social Worker, Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (including limited permit) in the state of NY.
• Strong knowledge of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) techniques and/or any other evidence based therapeutic framework for provided treatment.
• Dependable self-starter, must be able to work independently.

LMSW/LMHC

limited permit

Position:

It is a

• hybrid ONLY, fee for service, W2 position.
• Hybrid ONLY, which means seeing clients in person, one day or evening a week and remotely one day a week
• The NYS requirement of client contact hours for LCSW licensing is 3,000 hours in 3 years which breaks down to working a minimum of 19 hours a week is needed to We would recommend a minimum caseload of 12 clients. Candidates must see a clients a minimum of 2 days a week.
• Our beautiful new office is located very centrally in Centereach right on Rt. 25 (Middle Country Road).
• Supervision for the LCSW credential will be provided.
• Fee per session starts at $45 with a review at the end of the year and potential for a raise!

Licensed LCSW's and LMHC Position:

It is fee for service, a 1099 Independent Contractor position.

• Position can be hybrid or fully Remote.
• Supervision for the LCSW "R" priviledge credential will be provided.
• Fee per session starts at $65 with a review at the end of the year and potential for a raise!
