• Provide individual and group therapy sessions
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
• Stay informed about current trends and best practices in social work
• Experience in providing IOP Groups and structuring them
• Proficiency in case management techniques
• Familiarity with motivational interviewing and applied behavior analysis
• Familiarity with medical terminology and patient assessment
• Background in behavioral/mental health services.
