Our comprehensive and holistic approach promotes long-term and sustainable wellness. Through a series of focused step-downs, we can heal the whole woman - medically, therapeutically, spiritually, and in the context of the family system. Every step of the way, our dedicated and passionate team meets each client where she's at with what she needs to grow. We are a compassionate, client-centered team that supports individuals impacted by trauma. We seek a licensed or license-eligible Trauma Therapist to join our team and provide high-quality, evidence-based care in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide individual and/or group psychotherapy for clients experiencing trauma-related mental health symptoms. Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, treatment planning, and progress evaluations. Utilize trauma-informed, evidence-based modalities. Maintain accurate and timely documentation following ethical and organizational standards. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including case managers, psychiatrists, and community partners. Attend supervision, team meetings, and ongoing professional development sessions. Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA and legal regulations.

MUST-HAVES

Must be trained in one or more of the following: EMDR, ART, NARM, Somatic Experiencing, or Deep Ego State work. Must have previous experience working in a facility setting.

Qualifications:

Master's or Doctorate degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field. Current licensure (or license-eligible) in [insert state] as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PsyD, or equivalent. Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience working with trauma. Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
