Performs minimally complex social service work. Responsible for authorizing services, oversight of services and evaluating the effectiveness of authorized services. Works under moderate supervision with latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. Provides skills/psychosocial rehabilitation to clients authorized for such services. This position will carry a caseload of clients enrolled in the county's Mental Health Court as well as a caseload of rehabilitation clients enrolled in level of care 3. At Center's discretion, may be required to work from the office, in the community, or via telework to effectively accomplish regular case manager job duties. Position may include cross coverage and assignments to serve in other programs to provide treatment services.
