Work Environment This position is primarily remote, allowing you the flexibility to create a schedule that works for you, while also providing the support of an established detox center. Key Responsibilities Conduct individual and couples therapy sessions with clients of varying ages, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to each client's unique circumstances. Attend to administrative duties such as timely completion of client notes and record-keeping, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and improving the therapeutic process. Manage client schedules effectively, coordinating ongoing appointments and maintaining clear and organized calendars. Work with a variety of clinical presentations, allowing you to utilize a broad spectrum of therapeutic methods and styles. Utilize our billing service for claims handling, client accounts receivable, and managing eligibility checks, allowing you to focus primarily on client care. Patient Population / Client Focus Your clients will range across different demographics with diverse mental health needs, from children to adults. You will have the opportunity to work closely with individuals navigating a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues, thus making a significant impact on their ability to function and thrive in their daily lives. Qualifications A Master's degree in Social Work or Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution. Current licensure as an LCSW with the ability to practice independently. Strong commitment to maintaining professionalism and ethical therapeutic boundaries in all client interactions. Excellent self-motivation and organizational skills, paired with the ability to manage your time efficiently while providing high-quality care. Preferred Experience Experience working with couples in a therapeutic setting will be highly valued. Demonstrated cultural competence and the ability to engage with diverse populations. Compensation and Benefits The annual salary for this role ranges from $70,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience, along with a sign-on bonus for qualifying candidates.
