6-8 hours/week

35/hour We are seeking a licensed behavioral health professional to join our team as a Community Psychiatric Support & Treatment (CPST) Specialist .

This is a flexible, part-time opportunity to deliver recovery-focused mental health services to adults with serious mental illness through the Adult Mental Health program.

What You'll Do:

Provide therapeutic support using CBT, DBT, CAT, and similar interventions
Assist clients in developing emotional regulation, coping skills, and recovery planning
Document all services provided
Work with clients and natural supports to promote stability and independence

What You'll Need:

Masters degree in a behavioral health field
Texas licensure as LPC, LCSW, LMFT, Psychologist, or

PMH-APRN

Experience working with Adult Mental Health populations (preferred)
Solid documentation and clinical judgment skills Nice to have:
Bilingual in Spanish
Trauma-informed care certification
Familiarity with Medicaid systems
Flexible part-time schedule |
