Community Psychiatric Supports and Treatment (CPST) Specialist- Part-Time
Location:
El Paso, TXHours:
6-8 hours/weekPay:
$30- 35/hour We are seeking a licensed behavioral health professional to join our team as a Community Psychiatric Support & Treatment (CPST) Specialist .
What You'll Do:
- Provide therapeutic support using CBT, DBT, CAT, and similar interventions
- Assist clients in developing emotional regulation, coping skills, and recovery planning
- Document all services provided
- Work with clients and natural supports to promote stability and independence
What You'll Need:
- Masters degree in a behavioral health field
- Texas licensure as LPC, LCSW, LMFT, Psychologist, or
PMH-APRN
- Experience working with Adult Mental Health populations (preferred)
- Solid documentation and clinical judgment skills Nice to have:
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Trauma-informed care certification
- Familiarity with Medicaid systems
- Flexible part-time schedule |
