Clinicians will provide trauma-informed, evidence-based treatment to justice-involved adults residing in Residential Reentry Centers (RRCs) or under community supervision. This position requires strong clinical judgment, excellent documentation skills, experience working with justice-involved populations, and the ability to comply with federal treatment standards and timelines. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Essential Duties and Responsibilities Clinical Services Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial, mental health, and substance use assessments. Complete intake screenings, informed consent, releases of information, and admission documentation. Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and Bureau of Prisons requirements. Provide evidence-based individual counseling. Facilitate psychoeducational and process-oriented group therapy. Provide relationship and parenting counseling (family therapy) when clinically appropriate. Monitor client progress toward treatment goals. Update treatment plans as required. Prepare discharge summaries and transition plans. Coordinate care with Residential Reentry Center staff, probation officers, medical providers, and other approved collateral contacts. Participate in multidisciplinary case consultation when necessary. Psychologist Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC) (when authorized to provide contracted services within the scope of the solicitation) Must maintain licensure in good standing throughout employment. Minimum Experience Minimum two (2) years post-licensure clinical experience preferred. Experience providing outpatient behavioral health services. Experience treating adults with mental health and/or substance use disorders. Experience working with justice-involved populations strongly preferred.

Pay:
