About the Role As a Multisystemic Therapist, you will provide: Conduct in-home and community-based sessions. Perform assessments of family strengths and needs. Develop and implement treatment plans following MST standards. Empower caregivers to independently address challenges and support youth in navigating family, school, peer, and neighborhood issues. Manage a flexible schedule tailored to family needs, including school meetings and court hearings. This description outlines the general scope and level of work for this role.
