40 hours per week; 10 hrs/day, and 4 days in a week (4x10s)

Pay Range:

$53/hr. - $60/hr. (Pay based on the experience, miles, and working hours).

Position Summary:

We are seeking a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to join our multidisciplinary mental health and social services team. The LICSW will provide comprehensive mental health assessments, individual and group therapy, and case management services to diverse populations, including children, adolescents, adults, and seniors.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough mental health assessments and diagnostic evaluations utilizing standardized tools and clinical judgment. Provide individual, group, and family counseling sessions incorporating evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and behavioral health interventions. Develop personalized treatment plans aligned with clinical best practices and patient goals.
