Crawford County Health & Human Services is looking for compassionate, motivated professionals to join our Community Support Program (CSP) team. Help adults living with serious and persistent mental illness build independence, achieve recovery goals, and thrive in their communities—all while working in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
Wages Bachelor's Level Case Manager:
$29.28•33.15/hour (1,000 hours of post degree experience working with individuals with a Chronic Mental Illness is preferred)
Certified Social Worker:
$30.28•34.15/hour (1,000 hours of post degree experience working with individuals with a Chronic Mental Illness is preferred)
Master's Level:
$30.60•35.68/hour (3,000 hours of supervised clinical experience working with individuals with a Chronic Mental Illness, 1,500 hours of supervised clinical experience in a CSP, or a licensed psychotherapist) What You'll Do Coordinate services and connect clients with community resources Develop recovery-focused service plans Advocate for clients and support community integration Collaborate with a dedicated multidisciplinary team Provide crisis support and advocacy as needed Help individuals live safely and successfully in their communities Why Crawford County?
