Montgomery, AL, 36117 Job Description We are seeking a responsible and caring individual to join our team as a Child Watch staff member. In this role, you will provide a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for children while their parents or guardians are occupied. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children and has a flexible schedule. Schedule Monday through Thursday 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM Responsibilities Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the Child Watch area Maintain a clean and organized play environment Communicate effectively with parents and guardians Report any concerns or incidents to management promptly Qualifications Experience working with children preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable and punctual with the ability to work Monday through Thursday, 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM Ability to create a fun and safe environment for children CPR and First Aid certification is a plus How to Apply If you are passionate about working with children and meet the qualifications, please submit your application for consideration.
