After-School Care Position Available! My Friends and Me Learning Center at First Presbyterian Church Bentonville is looking to hire a reliable, caring and energetic person to provide after-school care for young children enrolled in our extended hours program. Part-Time | 20 hours per week | Mon-Fri 1:30pm - 5:30pm

Pay:

Responsibilities:

Supervise and engage children Prepare and provide simple snacks Ensure a safe, fun, and positive environment Communicate with parents, teachers, and other staff The ideal candidate: Is responsible and dependable Is also patient, friendly and trustworthy Enjoys working with young children (3 months - PreK) Has previous childcare experience (It is a plus! but not required) CPR/First Aid certification preferred (but training is provided) Applicant requirements: 18 years of age or older Possess a High School Diploma or GED Pass criminal and child maltreatment background checks My Friends and Me Learning Center exists to provide a safe, loving, Christian environment that encourages each child to develop to his or her full potential spiritually, physically, socially, emotionally and intellectually while offering community outreach to parents.
