Childhood Education | Multi-Site Leadership A well-established, growing early childhood education organization is seeking an experienced Regional Director to lead operations across multiple childcare centers. About the Opportunity You'll be the driving force behind quality, compliance, and performance across a portfolio of centers — coaching Center Directors, protecting the P&L, and making sure every location delivers the kind of care families trust. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives moving between big-picture strategy and on-the-ground problem solving. What You'll Own Lead, coach, and evaluate Center Directors across multiple locations Drive consistent execution of policies, curriculum, and quality standards region-wide Own state licensing compliance — audits, inspections, and corrective action plans Analyze center-level financials and manage regional budgets (staffing, program costs, controllables) Build and lead hiring/onboarding across the region Deliver ongoing staff training and professional development Represent the organization with families, licensing agencies, and the community Partner with the curriculum team to keep programming aligned to state standards What You Bring Proven track record managing multiple childcare/early education centers Meets state qualifications to serve as a Center Director Deep knowledge of licensing regulations and child development standards Strong financial acumen — budgeting, forecasting, cost control A leadership style that builds and retains strong teams Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-site, travel-required environment Bachelor's degree preferred (Child Development, Business, or related field); equivalent experience considered The Fine PrintInterested?
