Our home is full of toddler adventures, busy days, laughter, and plenty of learning moments. With two working parents and another baby on the way, we're looking for a true second set of hands. Someone who is reliable, caring, and proactive who loves being part of the fun and helping our family thrive. We need help starting as soon as possible . Our toddler turns 2 years old in October , and we are expecting baby #2 in February 2027 , so we are hoping to find someone who wants to grow with our family and be part of this next chapter. This position requires a one-year commitment . Consistency is very important to our family, and we are looking for someone interested in a stable, long-term position. About Our Family One active, curious toddler who is learning and exploring every day Baby #2 arriving in February 2027 Two working parents with demanding, non-traditional healthcare schedules A warm, family-oriented home that values communication, reliability, and teamwork Friendly cats in the home (must be comfortable around pets) This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys caring and teaching children while also helping our household run smoothly. Schedule Approximately 35-40 hours per week Live-in or live-out options available Thursdays are required Two weekends per month are required (weekdays off will be provided) Some mornings may start as early as 5:00 AM Schedule varies week to week due to our work schedules, but we provide notice as far in advance as possible Pay & Benefits Weekly pay (based on experience) One-year commitment required
