Jordan Works is looking for a warm, nurturing caregiver to join our team. Moms work on-site while their little ones are cared for nearby, creating a collaborative environment centered around gentle, responsive care.

What We're Looking For:

Comfortable caring for infants through age 3 in a mixed-age environment Minimum 2 years of childcare experience Must have or be able to obtain fingerprint clearance Comfortable maintaining a 5:1 child-to-caregiver ratio Gentle, patient, nurturing, and confident with young children Strong communication skills and comfortable collaborating with moms who are on-site Montessori or Waldorf experience or training preferred, but we are happy to train the right person Pay & Growth Starting at $20/hour Raise after successful completion of 3 months Annual performance-based raises We're looking for someone who truly enjoys caring for little ones and understands that JordanWorks is more than traditional childcare. It's a collaborative space designed to support both children and their moms.
