Schedule & Guaranteed Hours:
Family is guaranteeing 32 hours per week, Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Occasional additional flexibility would be appreciated but is not required. The family would also love to offer an optional date night approximately every other Friday evening if their nanny is interested and available. Live-In /

She is currently combination-fed, with approximately 70% formula and 30% breast milk, although the family anticipates she may transition fully to formula. They are open to an experienced nanny's ideas and guidance as their daughter grows. The household is comfortable and casual while still maintaining a tidy, organized environment. Standard Duties:
All standard infant nanny duties are requested, including attentive and engaging care, bottle preparation and feeding, diapering, naps, developmentally appropriate play, tummy time, baby laundry, preparing and cleaning bottles, washing children's dishes and keeping the nursery and children's spaces organized. During downtime, the family would appreciate help keeping the household running smoothly through light Family Assistant support such as potentially assisting with family laundry, unloading or managing dishes, occasional grocery runs, light vacuuming and keeping the main living spaces picked up. The family expects to keep outings fairly limited while their daughter is very young, although stroller walks nearby are encouraged when weather permits. As she gets older, they anticipate becoming increasingly comfortable with age-appropriate activities and outings. Desired Skills and Abilities The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications… The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3+ years of professional nanny experience, including substantial hands-on experience caring for newborns and young infants. They should be confident managing feeding, sleep routines, infant development and the changing needs of a baby throughout the first year. Candidates must be comfortable working alongside parents who maintain home offices and understand how to independently manage the baby's day while communicating appropriately with working parents. An interest in sports and an active lifestyle would be a great fit for this family. A college degree is welcomed but is not required. The family is primarily focused on finding the right combination of infant experience, professionalism and personality. The family is looking for someone who is outgoing, personable, communicative and professional while also being comfortable working within an organized household. A nanny who appreciates structure but can remain flexible, collaborate with involved parents and confidently share age-appropriate ideas will be a strong fit. Compensation and Benefits Let's talk dollars and cents… Rate of Pay (gross): The family is offering $25-$30/hour (gross). Based on the guaranteed hours, this equates to an annualized compensation of $41,600 - $49,920 per year (gross).
